Felicia is a Relationship Success Coach who specializes in assisting single, professional women who are frustrated with their current relationship status, discover the secrets to attracting their Mr. Right.

Felicia's consistent life theme has been about understanding men and developing relationship-building techniques with men.  At the age of 10, her mother succumbed to breast cancer, and with no  siblings or other nearby family, she was raised by her father alone.  This put her in the position of a learning role as a young child growing up without any female presence or influence in her life.  This was just the beginning of her education of men.

She went on to study engineering in college, a male-dominated field.   Upon graduating, she held numerous positions where she was the only female engineer in her department, including a field engineering position where she was the only female field engineer in the country.  This deepened her education of how men form bonds with one another, how men view the world, and most importantly, how men view women.

Eventually, Felicia became a division chief of more than 200 workers, with only 10% of her staff being female.  Her life path put her in the role of learning about men from a subordinate position as a child growing up, from a lateral position with her engineering counterparts, and from a superior position as a boss.  

In 2013, Felicia became certified as a life coach where she helped people overcome obstacles and stumbling blocks in their life.  Eventually, she combined her knowledge of men with her life coaching skills to help women struggling with dating and relationships. She operates on a principle that in order for a person to change their outer world, they must change their inner world, and she walks her clients through a seven-step process to help them gain clarity and personal insights and to change how they relate to men.  Her clients have found new love, improved current relationships, and let go of unhealthy ones.
